The Wedding Send-Off! Sparklers and more!

 We loooove a good sparkler send-off!  It’s a classic and remains our most popular for a reason. It’s fun, makes a statement, and the pics turn out stunning.  Make sure to use long lasting sparklers (not the small 4th of July ones) to ensure enough time to make your exit and capture the shot!

Here’s a few more send-off ideas we hope to see this wedding season!

1.       Flower Petals

A great natural option. White or ivory petals photograph best. Have cones set up for guests to grab on their way out for a way and easy way to shower you on your way out.

2.       Bubbles

Bubbles may be our new favorite. They are whimsical and the light bouncing off the camera flash makes a seriously magical effect.  Go with bubble guns for the best result. The more bubbles the better!

3.       Glowsticks or fiber optic wands

Glowsticks and fiberoptic wands are a great way to add light and color to the sendoff! Your photographer should take long-exposure shots of this to capture the glows in motion.

4.       Ribbon Wands

We love these for afternoon send offs as the color really pops in photos. Go neutral for a classy look.

5.       Cold spark machines

Cold spark machines are unique in that that use no heat or fire so they can be used in places traditional sparklers could not be. They most definitely have a “WOW” factor!
